2. The Different Types of Information Collected and Uses of Collected Information
Moldfl.org collects two different types of information all of our website users: Personal Identifiable Information and Non-Personal Identifiable Information.
Personal Identifiable Information collected – Personal Identifiable Information is data that identifies a specific End User. Engaging in certain activities on Moldfl.org, such as opening a user ,affiliate, or local business partner account, purchasing a product or service from us or one of our business partners, submitting content in discussion forums or in a deal chat, signing up for a contest held by Moldfl.org or one of our many partners, filling out a survey, posting a deal review, sending us or any of our partners feedback, requesting information about our local business services, applying as an affiliate , applying for a job posting, posting a video or signing up for special offers from third parties through the Website (Moldfl.org), we may ask you to provide specific information about yourself and/or your business.

3. Releasing of Your Personal Identifiable Information
Your Personal Identifiable Information will not be shared by us with other parties in exception to the parties provided below:
Your information may be shared with Mold FL Merchants. At times, we may provide offers from certain merchants (known as or referred to as “Mold FL Merchants”) as part of the the deal being offered, also we may request information on customers of Mold FL who may have purchased the deal being offered. In cases where this may apply, some of your Personally Identifiable Information would be shared with Mold FL Merchants. The sharing of this Information will allow the Merchant’s of Mold FL to market directly to you in the event that they should choose to do so. However, your Personally Identifiable Information would only be shared with a Mold FL Merchant if you engage in an I.D. Activity, and then only to the Merchant’s of Mold FL involved in that I.D. Activity. Please be advised that we will only provide a Merchant of Mold FL with your information after an opt-in notice has been sent to you, which will allow you to have a chance to choose that Mold FL not give the \Merchant your personal information. Any responsibilities or liabilities for the actions of such Mold FL Merchant would and will be specifically disclaimed by us. While we do inform them with the explicit instructions that they are only permitted to communicate with you for the specific purposes of the promotions with Mold FL, we do not have any liability and or any responsibility for the actions taken by any Mold FL Merchant, and any actions or agendas of any Merchant of Mold FL is not in our control.
Your information may be shared with Authorized Third Party Service Providers threw our services. The products and services we provide through our third parties. Discloser of your Non-Personally Identifiable Information with Partners, Affiliates and Advertisers may be done at our discretion. Third Party Advertising Companies are used to serve ads when you visit our Website. 5. Updating and Correcting Information
